1. Introduction
Welcome to our store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Products and Services
We offer products and/or services as described on our website. Prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are in ZAR.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided in our shipping policy. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

• All prices are estimates based on a flat rate (including VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg in volumetric and physical weight. Delivery costs may increase for heavier parcels.
• Express Delivery prices apply to main areas such as Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria. Surrounding areas may be excluded.
• Additional charges apply for delivery to remote areas.
• Delivery times are estimated.
• Delivery periods may be affected by strikes, severe weather, and third-party courier delays. Orders are dispatched during normal business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before 12:00 are sent the same day, while those received after 12:00 are sent the next business day.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Changing Delivery Address

Unfortunately, once payment is received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows customers to return eligible products. Products must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Out of Stock Items

Our website inventory is updated daily to show item availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make the appropriate arrangements. For estimated restock times, please call us. If only some of the requested items are in stock, a consultant will contact you to confirm whether you prefer partial or full shipment.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

10. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
